⚙️ Terminal Mode Settings

In this section, you can choose the mode in which your terminal account will operate (e.g., a device with an RFID reader used for attendance tracking).
The mode setting determines how member check-ins are recorded.

A terminal account is a special type of account used exclusively for attendance tracking via chips or cards.
First, create this account in the User Settings section, then assign the desired mode here.

🛠️ Available Modes:

  1. Add only time and date record
The terminal simply records when a member checked in (date and time).
Suitable for basic attendance tracking without distinguishing specific sessions or groups.

  2. Add class according to age
The terminal automatically assigns the member to a training session that matches their age group and the current time.
This requires that training sessions with defined age groups are pre-configured in the system.

  3. Add class according to age and class settings
The most advanced mode. Upon check-in, the terminal verifies:

    • That the member meets the age requirement,
    • And that the session is available for them based on the settings of the specific class (e.g., level, group, permissions).

Ideal for organizations needing detailed access control to specific lessons.
