Calendar

In the Calendar section, you can create events for your members. Events are divided into three main types: Competitions, Exams, and General Events.

Event Overview​

In the event list, you’ll see:

  • Name of the event
  • Date range (start and end date)
  • Number of registered members
  • Event status (enabled or not)
  • Links to view attendees, edit, or delete the event

🔔 Notifications​

After creating an event, a notification is sent to members' devices. Another notification is sent automatically on the day registration opens.

📱 Mobile Features​

In the event detail view (in the mobile app), members can add the event to their phone's calendar using the icon in the top right corner.
✅ This makes it easy to sync with external calendars like Google Calendar.

🎯 Targeted Visibility (Tags Filter)​

You can restrict visibility of events to specific member groups by using the Member Tags Filter.

  • Go to Club > Member Tags to create the tags
  • Use these tags when creating/editing an event to define which members can see it
