Member Features Overview

As a club member using the Mitsudata application, you can log in through the web portal using the URL provided by your administrator. Alternatively, you can use the mobile app, available for both Android and Apple platforms. Download links can be found at the end of this page.

On the login page, you will find a form to enter your username and password. Your login credentials should be provided by your administrator, or you may receive an email with a link to activate your account, where you can set your preferred username and password. The password must contain at least 6 characters.

After Logging In​

Once logged into the user section, the home screen will display:

  • Your photo (with an option to upload one)
  • Your personal information and the option to edit it
  • On the right side: a summary of your training sessions for the current and previous month
  • Information about your membership fee
  • A section for medical checkups (if enabled by your organization)

Another section shows your current level (belt color) and your progress toward the next level.

In the "Your Events" section, you will see upcoming events that you can register for.

Top Menu Sections​

  • My Account: Main dashboard
  • Activity: View your training attendance
  • Calendar: Displays all events organized by your club
  • Store: View items available for order from your organization, such as training gear, club clothing, and more
  • My Orders: Displays your past orders from the store

Mobile Application Tab​

In the Mobile Application tab, you will find:

  • Download links for the mobile app
  • A mobile pairing key for your organization, required when logging in to the app on your phone
