Subscription – Choosing a Plan

In the Subscription section, you can choose the plan your club will use.

🔹 Starting from the trial plan

If you are currently on a trial plan, click the Choose Plan button.

You will be taken to a screen where you set up your subscription plan.

At the top, you’ll find a toggle switch that lets you choose between monthly and annual billing.

Below that, a list of available plans will appear. Each plan has a member limit, meaning you can only have a certain number of members under that plan — select the one that best suits your needs.

⚠️ Already have members?

If you already have members in your system, you may not be able to select certain plans — the Activate Subscription button will be disabled for those plans. To enable it, reduce your number of active members below the plan limit.


🏢 Organization Details

After selecting a plan, you’ll proceed to the next screen where you must enter your organization details (if you haven’t already done so in Settings > General).

Once your information is filled in, continue to the next screen — here, you’ll see a summary of the entered data and the total payment amount that will be sent to the payment gateway.


✅ Confirm Terms & Payment

Before continuing, check both of the following options:

  • “I agree to the terms of service”
  • “I give my consent for automatic recurring payments and the storage of my payment information for the GoPay payment gateway, with GoPay complying with the PCI-DSS Level 1 security standard.”

Then click the Activate button. You’ll be redirected to the GoPay payment gateway.


💳 Completing the Payment

On the GoPay page, enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC code (located on the back of your card).

Click Pay to confirm the payment, and complete any required steps in your online banking.

If the payment is successful, you’ll be redirected back to the Subscription page, where your selected plan should now be active.

🔁 Changing Your Plan

Need to switch to a different plan?

Go to the Subscription page and click Plan Change. Select a new plan and follow the same steps as described above.
